Payment

Your payment, banner ad, and site must be approved before the start of your ad campaign. Payment may be made by Western Union, MoneyGram, Cash, OR Credit/Debit Cards. Due to increased fraudulent payments, we will no longer accept Money Orders or Checks from personal advertisers. Money Orders and Checks will only be accepted from Corporate Advertisers. Your order will be processed when we receive your payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for your manual order to be processed.

Placing Your Order

Step 1: Email ads@walk4mewednesdays.com to specify the type of ad you would like to have and the time period the ad should run.

Step 2: Send your banner
Email the banner in .jpg or .gif format. You must either create a banner or have one created for you. Please make sure the banner meets our requirements as specified in the banner specifications.

Step 3: Banner Review and Approval
Your banner will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. It will be checked against our banner specifications and quality standards. We reserve the right to reject any banner advertisement deemed offensive or inappropriate. The following advertisements and/or sites are expressly prohibited:

1. Those that would violate any applicable law, regulation or third party right;
2. Those encouraging illegal activity or racism; Those that infringe or mis-appropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity.
3. Those participating in Net Abuse, such as mail bombing, denial of service attacks or spam/UCE/UBE

Step 4: Your Ad is Live
Once your banner is placed into advertising rotation, your ad becomes "live." We will send you either daily or monthly stats of the view of your banner if requested to do so.

Banner Specifications

Banners may not exeed pixel dimensions. The pixel dimensions are

Rotational Run of Site Large: 120 wide x 600 high for Main Site and 500 x 500 for the Shade Board.

The banner can be in .gif or .jpg format. The .gif's may be animated with no more than 4 frames. You may send your banner:
