In 2005 the first $1000 for Realness with a Twist was given out and on the very night the ballroom scene lost it when they experienced the electrifying performance by DJ Prodigy and his rendition of The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Tina Tuner. DJ like Ms. Tuner will go down in the Hall of Fame as the 1st Realness with a Twist to ever win $5000, when he destroyed all his competition at Jasmine Couture's Collection Ball in NYC. On this night he once again proved why he is known to set the standards of realness with twist productions with his performance as Evilene from The Wiz. In his love for visual and theatrical themes, tonight you will take a page out of Blockbuster's show stopping musical "Moulin Rouge".
Part One. Receive your 10's for realness as one of the leading men from the movie 
"Moulin Rouge". The judges must identify you as one of characters, or it's a chop!! 
Your choices of characters are;

Part Two. In a 2-3 minute production pick the role of the leading lady "Satine" played by Nicole Kidman or choose the role of a courtesan burlesque troupe showgirl. Your production must include a performance to one of musical numbers from the movie. You must have proper showgirl attire and props.

The team must consist of 3 different fathers from 3 different houses it doesn't matter if you're a chapter father or overall father... Just note that your team must consist of a captain and 2 team members...Your team must represent 1 of father mann prodigy's categories...Here's a little history throughout his ballroom career. He has walked and won a variety of categories...

Father mann started out walking bangy realness in 1991 shortly after his ballroom career started he won the stewart Revlon award for realness in 1992 not long after he became the 1st BQ to win Bangy realness Oty consecutively @ Andre and Jack mizrahi's awards ball in 95' and 96'....So then he wanted to try something new moving on to Bangy vogue /old way he still had some talent inside that he wanted to showcase so he debuted as a team walking runway with the Icon Legend Tony Revlon @ the karan ball in 1996 winning grand prize which lead him to start walking all American runway that same year... That still wasn't enough by the beginning of the new millennium. Father mann moved on to starting his own house in 2002 ...so he needed a new look and attitude, so he stepped in and tried walking foot & eyewear in NC winning grand prize that night in 2003... Then he walked best dressed as a house @ the latex ball in 2005 although he may have only walked a few of these categories once or twice he walked and won so he stands supreme as one of the fathers that can claim the title as being " One of the Few Good Men In Ballroom" so each member of your team must pick 1 of the categories that father mann has represented ie: Realness, Oldway, Runway, Foot&Eye and Best Dressed... your team must have a 3-5 min production ...Here are the selected captains of the father vs father teams...
