I am a fabulous fashion diva who love fashion, drama and tearing up the runway....

I am a write/rphotographer/Filmmaker. I am interested in chronicling the story of the quer communities that hangout on Christopher Street. I am scripting a project now that deals with primarily with the story of black trans and gay youth who have been given choice between a home life that is unloving and being out on their own. I want to talk to people who have left their blood families behind to create new families. I also want to talk to those who mentor these individuals. What challenges arise when a young person is forced to redefine themselves, and what terms dictate that definition. Right now I am taking photos and doing video interviews. Eventually these interviews and photos will be a part of a larger piece. If you organize Balls or are a part of them you are my muse. I am not afraid of the truth. Infact the grittier and more real the better. I am not interested in those who put on airs. I want to tell the world about a perdicament that faces many young queer people of color, and I want to show the myriad of ways these folks address their situation. I am interested in both the dark and light side. The good, bad, the glamourous, and the unusual is what gets me. Please write me if you want to share your story....
